ZETA HRMS - Alert Management
User defined Alerts which provides a flexible approach to the definition and management of alerts and their applicability by employee group and employee. Alerts are event and date based, thus when an event is triggered or date is reached an alert is automatically generated and sent for action to the concerned staff/user. Alerts and action status is tracked by the system to ensure that the appropriate actions related to the alert are being taken
Alerts can be used for:
- Passport expiry
- Visa Expiry
- Labour Card Expiry
- Health Card Expiry
- Probations completion
- Birthdays
- General reminders
