Security
Warranty
We provide 3 months warranty on any functional deviations or bugs in the application software. The warranty period starts from the date of installation of the POWERACCS Application Software at the customer site.
Annual Maintenance Contract
Customer has the provision to sign the Annual Maintenance Contract on completion of the warranty period.
Added Value
As part of our Total Quality Methodology (TQM), we envisage that extra services will be provided by the solution provider ensuring our software’s deployment brings about the desired result in a client’s organization. This is inclusive of our contract pricing and enables ‘added value’ to be given to a client.
Time Line
The time line stipulated for the development and initial testing of all specified modules need to be estimated before finalization of the agreement.
